With a product total of £0.01 – £244.99, shipping will be £6.00

With a product total of £245 or more, shipping will be FREE

How can I cancel an order?

You have the right to cancel this contract without giving any reason.

You must cancel within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods. If your purchase is delivered in separate shipments, the cancellation period will expire 14 days after the last good is acquired by you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier). You must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by an unequivocal statement (sent by post, fax or email). The cancellation will take effect when your request to cancel has been posted, faxed or emailed. You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.

I accidentally cancelled my order, can I resume it?

If you’ve cancelled your order on-site and want to receive your order, after all, the best way to do so is by placing a new order at checkout. Email contact@warmingcandles.com if you have any questions — we’re here to help.

I cancelled my order, but I’m not sure it went through. Can you confirm it has been cancelled?

If you’ve cancelled your order using the link in your order confirmation email, you’ll receive another email once the order has successfully been cancelled. If you haven’t received a cancellation confirmation email, let us know contact@warmingcandles.com (and include your original order number) and we’ll take a look!

I don’t see the option to self-cancel! How can I cancel my order?

If you’ve placed an order containing a gift card, please email contact@warmingcandles.com as soon as possible (including your order number and cancel/change request) and we can help

 Parcels Damaged In Transit:

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
